Brad started his career in the construction industry while in high school as a carpenter's helper during the summers and worked in many areas of the construction industry until he formed Satilla, Inc. in 2004. Based onBrad's experiences and interestes he decided to create a company that delivered creative, high quality work at a good value to its clients. Since the company's inception Satilla has built projects in Southern, Georgia and Northeast, Florida. These projects have ranged in value from five million to a few thousand dollars. This value range is illustrative of the company's desire to serve its clients needs regardless of the scope of the work. Brad is a Certified Building Contractor and attended both the University of Georgia and Georgia State University where he studied history. Satilla's office was awarded "Best Renovation" by Riverside Avondale Preservation in 2009.

Carlos began his career in the construction industry in the field and worked his way through the ranks from a carpenter’s helper to Senior Construction Manager.  Carlos has over 20 years of experience working on complex and high end projects for many customers in the South East.  Carlos adds value to all of Satilla’s projects with his unique ability to listen carefully to our homeowners and quickly understand their needs.  The homeowner’s priorities are clearly communicated with the construction team and implemented by the field staff.  Carlos is a Certified General Contractor who has completed the AGC Supervisory Management Program, OSHA 30-hour Safety Coarse and the NCCER Construction Management Academy at Clemson.  With the construction knowledge Carlos possess along with his customer oriented approach, we can ensure that you will receive the highest possible service and satisfaction.
